A unique community experience for art lovers of all ages.

Join Young Audiences of Louisiana (YALA) as we hold our sisth annual YALA Art Live fundraiser at Urban South Brewery. Watch local talented art students collaborate with professional New Orleans area artists. The artists will work together in teams of two in a live painting performance. All paintings created at the event will be auctioned at our annual winter fundraiser to support YALA's early learning and afterschool programs.

The Details

The free community event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Urban South Brewery, 1645 Tchoupitoulas Street.

For the sixth year, the spirited local brewery has graciously committed to donating a portion of every pint sold during the event.

Urban South Brewery’s family-friendly taproom is open seven days a week on Tchoupitoulas Street near the New Orleans Convention Center. At the taproom, you can enjoy our year-round and seasonal beers, as well as smash burgers from Urban Smash, and happy hour from 3pm - 6pm Monday through Friday.
